1. Agreement to Terms

This game, Ronin: The Last Samurai (the "Game"), is developed and operated by Dreamotion Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Game and any related services. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Game and In-App Purchases

Ronin: The Last Samurai is a free-to-play game that may include the option to purchase virtual items.

  • License: The Game is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 15 years old to play the game. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to play and to make in-app purchases.
  • Virtual Items: You may have the opportunity to purchase or earn virtual items, such as in-game currency, armor, or weapons ("Virtual Items"). These Virtual Items are licensed to you and have no real-world monetary value.
  • Game Availability: We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

3. Payments and Refunds

All financial transactions are managed by third-party platforms.

  • Payment: All in-app purchases are processed through the Google Play Store. You must abide by their terms of service for all transactions.
  • No Refunds: ALL PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS MADE THROUGH THE GAME ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. You acknowledge that we are not required to provide a refund for any reason.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change the pricing for Virtual Items at any time.

4. User Conduct and Accounts

You are responsible for your in-game account and your conduct while playing.

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your game account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game. Abusive language, harassment, or any form of disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including the "Ronin: The Last Samurai" name and logo, characters, artwork, music, and game code, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from using any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMOTION INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US THROUGH IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page or through in-game notifications. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
